CONSULTANCY FOR ORGANISATIONS
LettingFocus provides consultancy for a range of organisations that are either selling to or which have a commercial relationship with the private rented sector. These include financial service companies, city investors, local authorities, housing associations and property websites.
For banks and building societies, we help with the design, underwriting, strategy, training and customer service issues around buy to let mortgage products and related services.
For local authorities and social housing providers we help them understand the private rented sector, design “local or social letting” agency models, show them how to find landlords wishing to let to people on their housing waiting lists and more.
For city investors and house builders we advise on a range of the PRS initiatives.
For property portals we write content and comment on their websites.
As a former internal management consultant in the financial services industry I’m well qualified to undertake such projects.

As author of Britain’s top selling book on property letting, investment and buy to let, my one to one consultancy service for private landlords and investors is in strong demand.
I am also author of two other great new books, which came out in 2016. One is for landlords and is called, “Landlords’ Guide to Finding Great Tenants”. One is for tenants and is called, “Tenants’ Guide to Successful Renting”).
The consultancy I offer is dedicated to helping landlords make money ethically in residential property. It is tailored around client needs and can be done over the phone or by Skype, if distance is a problem. Thus it can often be done more quickly and in a more direct way than in our group landlords seminars, ensuring that I only cover what you need to know.
By consulting with me, you get the benefit of access to all my knowledge from three decades of buying and letting residential property as well as my extensive contacts with the real experts in the property and landlord business.
In addition, our next group landlords meeting and seminar take place twice a year in London. These are small and informal evening events in March and November.
I’m frequently asked to comment on property issues, write property articles and give speeches at trade shows and conventions. I tend to be quoted widely in the Nationals and at a range of property websites.
