Why is there no edition or date printed on the book? I was looking for more details regarding that the 2 month minimum period for a Section 21 specifically if it still considered to be an suitably accurate pair of dates prior to eviction as far as judges are concerned?
I don’t “do kindle” so don’t know… there should be a date in front of book. There certainly is a date in the paperback edn
I will query with publishers re the Kindle one
On Page 180 of the paperback edn in the paperback (Chap 8) Section “How to End the tenancy” it refers explicitly to the 2 months notice period. And there is more in Chap 9 on accelerated possession procedures that follow on from when you use Section 21. Please read that
My publishers replied as follows….”The edition date on the third page of the book itself – the copyright page where all publishers show the edition date”.
Hope that answers your query
