Seminars, Consulting and Speaking These days I do a lot of consultancy work for financial service companies, local authorities and property websites. For banks and building societies, I have helped with the design, strategy and training issues around their buy to let mortgage products. For local authorities and social housing providers I help them make a better job of finding and retaining landlords wishing to let to people on their housing waiting lists. For property related websites I write content and comment for their sites.
